Hi, I'm Amber Ballard!

I graduated from Murray State University in 2020 with a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration. I worked as a Data Analyst for eight years, before making a much welcomed career change. In 2022, I received my certification as a Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association and my certification as a Mortgage Field Service Inspector through Mortgage Field Services. I am a Commissioned Notary Public, at Large, in the state of Kentucky. I am currently the only notary in our area that provides In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) and Remote Online Notarization (RON) services.
I am a native of Western Kentucky, who returned to the area after my husband, Nathan, retired from the military. We are proud supporters of Veterans and the Wounded Warrior Project, and offer a special discount for Veterans with a Military ID (except notarizations related to receiving service benefits). My husband and I share two children and spend our free time fishing, hunting, and spending time with our friends and family.
Mission.
My mission is to use advanced technologies to authenticate documents securely, whether that be in-person or online. I strictly comply with legal standards to safeguard the integrity of the notarial acts.
Vision
Not everyone can leave work or their home to receive this necessary and often time sensitive service. I strive to to make notary services as easy as possible and accessible to all, to make your life just the tiniest bit easier.
